CERTIFICATE IN SUPERYACHT CREW (level 3)
The Certificate in Superyacht Crew will open up your world to a host of opportunities in the maritime industry.  There is an increasing need for qualified and professional people to keep up with this ever growing industry.  Start your career here!  This certificate is your pathway into an exciting career sailing the waters of the world.

Hands-on practical experience forms a large part of the course.  Candidates will extinguish fires wearing breathing apparatus in the fire fighting unit,  practice life-raft drills at sea, and operate radar in restricted visiblity onboard the Tech's training vessel 'Cab Sav'.  On the 5 days sail training candidates will practice night sailing, man overboard exercises and watch-keeping skills.

  • Maritime New Zealand Certificate of Basic STCW 95 Training
       - STCW 95 Competence in Personal Survival Techniques

       - STCW 95 Competence in Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities

  • NZ Coastguard Boatmaster Certificate

  • RYA Diesel Maintenance Certificate

  • RYA Competent Crew Certificate

  • RYA Powerboat Level 2 Certificate

  • MTI Wine Appreciation Certificate of Study

  • HSI License Controller Qualification

  • HSI Food Safety Certificate

  • Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate

  • Basic Helicopter Safety Awareness Certificate
