Bar Managers Certificate / Licence Controller Qualification

The ‘Sale of Liquor Act’ and ‘Host Responsibility’ – A pre-requisite for those wanting to gain their Bar Manager Certificate.

Certificate in Food Safety

This course meets the requirements of the Auckland Council’s Food Safety Bylaw 2013, Clause 7 – Training of Staff in Food Premises.

Barista

An MTI certificate course in professional barista skills. Learn about coffee heritage and production, equipment and recipes, and making coffee to barista standards in a cafe environment.
